I have been a parish priest for over 30 years. My purpose is rooted in helping people navigate complexity with clarity and care. I have significant experience with senior leaders, underserved communities and individuals with protected characteristics.

I’ve spent those years working alongside people in all kinds of settings — listening, asking questions, and enabling them to discern their own way forward. ​​My experience spans charity leadership, faith-based work, and education.

I don’t offer quick fixes or ready-made answers: that would challenge your sense of agency. Rather, I create a safe and non-judgmental space in which you can think creatively, explore honestly, and decide what matters most to you.

Most coaching is online, but if you’re near Battersea, we can meet face-to-face if you would find that useful. However we meet, the conversation will always be led by your needs and go at your pace.
